Management Accountant: Retail Sector (Edinburgh)

Are you a qualified accountant looking to make an impact in a fast-paced retail environment? Our client, a well-established retail business based in Edinburgh, is seeking a Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.

This is a key role, supporting senior leadership with insightful analysis and financial guidance to drive commercial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support business performance and growth
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful insights
• Support continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
• Contribute to strategic projects and commercial decision-making

About You:

• Fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience within a fast-moving, commercial environment; retail experience preferred but not essential
