How We Do It
From initial engagement we work closely with clients to help them fully define their requirement, preferred candidate profile and the message which we can then take to market.
Once the requirement and timescales have been agreed we approach the market and our network to generate a shortlist of the best available talent. We conduct detailed screening interviews and background checks on all shortlisted candidates and provide a fully managed interview process from first interview through to offer, acceptance and onboarding stages.
We can also provide clients with additional support and information, whether you are actively hiring or not, on topics such as hiring trends, candidate availability, salary benchmarking and interview technique.
